Our Process for Repairing a Servo Motor: Methodology and Control in 4 Stages
Upon receiving your servo motor, we register it and perform an initial inspection. We conduct static tests to verify the condition of the winding and connect the feedback to our equipment for an initial signal reading before disassembling.

We proceed to the careful disassembly of all mechanical and electronic parts. Each component is analyzed to find the root cause of the failure, whether it is a bearing, the brake, the winding, or the encoder/resolver itself. With this analysis, we prepare the detailed budget.
