In our organization, we understand that service quality is a customer right, and as such, it should be part of the personal style of those who are part of our organization.

Our service vocation, based on proximity, technical knowledge, quality, and respect for the environment, has driven us to adopt a Management System, certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 standards for Quality and Environmental Management, respectively.

Our Quality Policy is based on the following premises:

➢ Understand, satisfy, and exceed the needs and expectations of our customers, as well as the legal and

regulatory requirements that apply in each case,


➢ Inform the customer, as far in advance as possible, of any incidents that may occur in the provision of the

service and thus minimize the impact that these may have,


➢ Seek a continuous improvement in the efficiency of our production and management processes that allows us to be

competitive due to our Quality – Price relationship,


➢ Involve our staff, with their contributions, in achieving Continuous Improvement, Our Policy

POLÍTICA DEL SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN INTEGRADO

CASTELOMEGA, S.L.U. desarrolla su actividad en el ámbito de la reparación industrial, mantenimiento y servicios técnicos especializados, manteniendo un compromiso firme con la calidad del servicio, la sostenibilidad ambiental, la seguridad y salud de las personas trabajadoras y la mejora continua de la organización.


La Dirección considera que el Sistema de Gestión Integrado constituye una herramienta estratégica para garantizar la competitividad, fiabilidad y crecimiento sostenible de la empresa, integrando la calidad, el respeto ambiental y la cultura preventiva dentro de todas las actividades y procesos de la organización.
