INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONIC REPAIR PROCESS
Since your electronic equipment arrives at our facilities, it is handled in a safe environment against electrostatic discharge (ESD). It is logged, photographed, and assigned a unique tracking number to ensure complete traceability throughout the process.

Our technicians use advanced diagnostic equipment to analyze the circuits without power and, if it's safe, with power. They identify the exact components that have failed (capacitors, IGBTs, optocouplers, etc.). With this analysis, we prepare a fixed quote for the repair.

With your approval, we proceed to the repair. The damaged components are desoldered and replaced with new, high-quality replacements. Additionally, we carry out a preventive replacement of those components that, by their nature, tend to degrade over time. Finally, the board undergoes ultrasonic cleaning.

The repaired equipment undergoes functional testing in our test benches, where we simulate input signals and load conditions to verify its proper functioning for hours. Only if it passes all tests, the final report and warranty are issued, and it is then shipped.
