Our Process for Repairing a Gear Motor: Comprehensive Methodology in 4 Phases
Upon receiving your gear motor, we perform an external inspection for cracks or leaks. We conduct initial electrical tests on the motor and evaluate the noise and vibration of the assembly for a preliminary diagnosis.

We uncoupled the motor from the reducer and completely disassembled both parts. A detailed analysis of the condition of each gear, shaft, bearing, and the winding of the motor is carried out to prepare the detailed budget.

With your approval, we repair or replace all defective components: motor winding, bearings, seals, gaskets, and gears. A meticulous job is done on each of the parts.

We assemble the reducer, fill it with the specific oil, and attach the motor. The assembly undergoes operational testing to check for leaks, noise levels, and temperature. Finally, it is painted and prepared for delivery with its warranty.
